Recently, the shelter endeavored to transition from a cold-weather emergency shelter to a year-round overnight facility. Although it would be wonderful to be able to offer this longer-term solution to our unhoused neighbors, this change proved to be unworkable with our current financial situation. Here’s a statement from Keith about the latest changes to the shelter schedule: “I

The cold weather is returning for a while, so Keith has decided to re-open the Cold Weather Overnight Shelter from Wednesday, March 12, to Saturday, March 22. As before, the overnight shelter will open at 5 pm, with dinner at 6:30 pm. Morning warm up center opens at 7 am, with breakfast at 8:45 am.

The last overnight stay for the season will be this Sunday, February 23.
