Saturday, December 20th, 9:30am to 11:00am
Saturday, January 3rd, 9:30am to 11:00am
Harborview Medical Center Street Medicine is a multi-disciplinary team providing targeted direct outreach to individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness in the city of Seattle. They provide bridge medical care, triage mental health, and referrals to case management; they’re not a replacement for primary care, but their providers can fill prescriptions, wound care, and labs.
